The Reliability & Maintenance Team Leader is responsible for leading their assigned shift's plant maintenance crew. Major areas of responsibility include:
Accountable for ensuring compliance with all site maintenance shop policies and practices related to employees; maintaining effective control in resolving employee issues; coordinating and tracking teambuilding efforts. Cooperate and coordinate with other department leaders to ensure efficient and effective maintenance efforts. Conduct routine safety and R&M activities including inspections, audits, visibility tours, and interact with employees and contractors Provide technical expertise to solve department problems. REQUIRED EDUCATION/
Experience:
The Reliability and Maintenance Team Leader activities require maintenance-based experience in mechanical and/or electrical equipment, preferably those used in manufacturing processes and facilities. Approximately 5 years of industrial maintenance experience. Preferably we are seeking a candidate that has experience supervising or leading a maintenance crew, however we will consider candidates with an excellent overall maintenance background that are seeking to advance in their career. Self-starter capable of working independently with minimal supervision Be able to follow and give high regard to safety rules and housekeeping procedures. Knowledge of computer software, such as Microsoft Office and various ERP & CMMS software Ability to pay close attention to detail and coordinate various activities simultaneously Ability to communicate with co-workers, vendors, customers, and business contacts in a courteous and professional manner Work equally well individually or in a team situation Be able to follow and give high regard to both vendor and customer service SCHEDULE:
12 Hour Night Shift 3 On / 3 Off Rotating Schedule
