This beautiful 300CD Coupe was delivered in Sindelfingen, Germany where the owner was stationed with the Military back in 1985.
It was serviced twice at Mercedes Benz in Schweinfurt before the owner took it back home to the USA.
The W123 Coupes are beautifully designed cars and the 3,0l Turbodiesel was only available for the US market.
This example was finished in Nautik Blau Metallic with a blue leather interior, and is powered by said Turbodiesel with a 4 speed automatic transmission.
The rust free body shows the beautiful original paint and only some light patina as you would expect from a car this age.
On the inside everything is still original and looks great overall with some cracks in the dashboard, rear seat and typical wear and tear.
The Mercedes has a long service history and was just recently serviced including engine oil change with filter, brakes, new AC compressor, and more.
As you would expect it starts right up and runs fantatsic, shifts smooth and the suspension is tight.
It's a delight driving this coupe and brings back memories of the 80th.
